Audi and BMW have history of trading shots in their advertising, not only calling out their rival by name, but also targeting each other’s advertising. With China taking on increased importance in the global luxury car game, the battle has moved to Hong Kong where BMW has purchased this giant billboard… immediately over an Audi dealership. Insecure much?

Serves Audi right for dropping the ball and not renting that billboard in perpetuity... Who's running that dealership anyway?
All's fair in love and war, I guess. Good placement of the ad for maximum aggressive effect.
Also good play by McDonald's. Most A6/5-series intenders don't even think about cross-shopping a Big Mac, but when they do, they are always shocked by the value proposition: two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun... standard.
audi customers must have a different opinion about beauty.
