Not really something wrong (I couldn't care less about this vehicle - I'll never be interested in a VW product), but I can't help but notice the front bumper is one piece and monochromatic.
This means, after all that fighting and defense of the huge chrome/black snout, VW is suddenly dumping it after a single generation on the Jetta/Passat/etc. What was the point, again? They had to tell everyone it wasn't ugly, but now they're admitting it isn't attractive enough to put on a coming design.
Oh, and this looks like a 10th grade art project. I believe it's called "stock sedan no. 23." But with a VW badge pasted on. Is this really from a major company's best designers? It competes well with the all-new 1995 Nissan Maxima and 1996 Toyota Camry. Oh, wait, wrong decade.

What’s not shown in the picture is the shoddy electrical system and the years of dreadful service you’ll get from your local VW dealer.
