Hey, cheap and crappy aside - at least they fixed the mirror. I see plenty of wing mirror-less beaters scooting around Vancouver. Their drivers even more oblivious than your usual moronic Vancouver driver.
There's a woman driving a decrepit Suzuki Sidekick around my hometown (north of Toronto) who's rigged a hand mirror up on one of her doors. That, coupled with her rolling road-block status doesn't engender much faith in Ontario's Ministry of Transportation.
I see they have "rednecks" in China also..
