As soon as the Ranger hits 200k, I'll be pleased. Getting ready to roll over 150k, and I've heard of Rangers lasting a while. Thank the Gods it isn't a Pontiac :D
250k is actually the new hallmark of owner achievement.
You want to know what vehicle gets there more frequently than any other? It's the Chevy Silverado. At least that's what I find at the auctions.
I did the same lame thing in a friend's Corolla in the 80's when it hit 200K - which is impressive given western NY's salted winter roads.
During the 200K turnover, we drove to and ate at every Mighty Taco franchise in existence at the time. I think it was a 100+ mile trip...

100,000 really isnt that much. We tossed my car at 296,000. Of course 100k probably is an achievement in the plastic cladded Pontiacs...
