Today’s Rare Ride is presented to you because I saw one in traffic on Wednesday. Unsure what the three-wheeled thing I saw was, I gave a vague description to Twitter and was informed almost immediately that what I’d seen was a Vanderhall Venice. Let’s learn some three-wheel car-bike things.

As well the post Cold War era programs of supplying departments with leftover equipment from the Pentagon and of course the post 9/11 homeland security spending frenzy. We have over 18k police departments in the country. Many of them overlap jurisdictions and could be combined for savings. However people seem to like, sometimes for good reason the local Mayberry like sheriff.
