Buick Wants You To Envision A Cascade

Automotive News has good news for Buick dealers. Two new products will be debating at next week’s North American International Auto Show.

According to reports, the new products will be an American version of the mid-size Envision crossover as well as a Buick-badged version of the Opel Cascada. While the Envision has its work cut out for it in the luxury CUV market, the Cascada will occupy an important niche for the American consumer – a domestic, front-drive, four-seat convertible. Call it the heir to the Chrysler 200’s throne. We’ll be sure to rent one on our next trip to South Florida.

Please allow myself to feel a moment of vidication for all the mocking I endured back in 2001 while explaining to fellow peers in my 10th-grade 'Intro to Biz & Marketing' class why Buicks were good cars they SHOULD consider while wearing a t-shirt with a huge Buick Tri-Shield on the front.

As I mentioned late last Summer, I'll be ordering a new Cascada the moment the orders are available. That will be my 14th car! My 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme convertible gets so many requests to sell it that my wife may have to go untopless for awhile!

Was shopping with the parents last week for a replacement for the lacrosse, the encore was too small and the enclave too big, something in the middle would have been perfect. Buick didn't have it so they got an Acadia by gmc, nice vehicle

Are you sure you don't mean a GMC Terrain.

I'm still anticipating the arrival of the Buick Buckineers but it's a secret so keep it under your buckin hat.
