TEN departments with "Global" in their titles, and another with "International". Bloated bureaucracy - you're soaking in it!

If you had the patience to read all this, you will find they mention Pedro Manuchakian. He used to be Enginnering Director for Brazil, maybe still is. He is one of those great engineers living inside the GM corporation who should be running the show instead of being under the bean-counters' all powerful, cost cutting sword. He was so much better than the General Manager back at my time there, it is painful to remember. It is for guys like him that I still wish that GM gets out of this mess.
With all those managers, who the hell builds the cars? Did GM copy the Federal Government's management style, or did the Government copy GM? How do they figure out who to blame if the Camaro and the Volt, and that ugly black GMC Terrain pictured above wind up being flops? Looks like the next bankruptcy is not too far away.
