they’re about as similar as US and Canadian... I've made it a personal rule when traveling, that if I'm speaking with someone (say in Germany) and I can't pick the accent, I always pick Canadian first, rather than northern US. You can't offend the Canadian then.... Not sure what the 'safety-first' rule should be for Aussies vs New Zealanders.

This could have been edited down to 30 seconds and actually been funny. as for Top Gear, the show has a great mix of humor and cars so it won't jump the shark anytime soon. My problem is, they aren't tackling enough consumer level cars. Why haven''t the gotten the Honda Accord, 2008 CTS or Altima? I like their car reviews, but the "fun" they have on the side such as making a house out of an old benz, is barely passable.

What you're seeing is the apogee. The descent is next.

Pete Moran: Not sure what the ’safety-first’ rule should be for Aussies vs New Zealanders. I'll be honest mate, we're both so petty and parochial that you'd probably offend someone either way!
