Boston.com gives us a quick look at Mitt Romney's address to the Detroit Economic Club: "I will roll up my sleeves, and I will personally bring together industry, labor, congressional and state leaders to develop a plan to rebuild America's automotive leadership." This I got to see. Or not. Mitt also called for "flexibility" on fuel standards (hint, hint) and an increase in federal auto-related R&D from today's $4b to tomorrow's $20b. Those crazy Reagan republicans! Then, on Face the Nation, Mitt told Bob that "We need stop throwing anvils around the neck of the domestic auto manufacturers. This idea, for instance, of saying we're going to have unilateral caps and trades on greenhouse gases that are not participated by other nations, that would only hurt Detroit. It would only hurt American manufacturers. We've got to stop thinking about being popular around the world and doing what's right for America." Nice thought, but those anvils have "$100 barrel oil" and "Prius" inscribed on them. [thanks to starlightmica for the links]

Willard is NO Reagan republican! Hell, he isn't even a republican. Which Reagan republican would promise not to raise taxes but then turn around and raise fees and create new ones to bring in over $400 Million dollars and then raise the taxes for companies to almost double?? Which republican can you point to that ran to the left of Ted Kennedy for his senate seat?? Which republican can you point to who permanently banned a long list of firearms for an entire state of the US of A?? You are lucky Americans, You live in a time, when inevitable changes are about to occur. Don`t make the same mistake , your Bible holders did two K years ago, nailing the wrong guy. You have the guy. Just look into his eyes, his sincerity of heart. His love can hug the whole America , her sacred plains and prairies, her divine creeks and Montana immaculate skies.her freedom dancing flag, and the stamp that approved it. He speaks out more wisdom , than wiki, is more nutritous than milk from your grandmother`s cow, and is more convincing than a switch near an electric chair. A 72 years old gray haired little man with wrinkled face and average complexity, yet the biggest I have seen, and the most beautiful a country can dream of. Ron, Latvia loves you, The whole world loves you. And you only resonate in those people who behold similar features -wisdom through heart.Is Mitt a good candidate? I don`t know, and don`t care.
