Forum Rumor: 2024 Ford Mustang Deliveries Are Starting Soon

It’s always difficult to tell when, exactly, automakers plan to release new models, but leaks do happen. A recent forum post on the 7th Mustang site claims to have delivery dates for the next-generation Mustang and shares a text it claims was sent to buyers.
According to the post, deliveries are scheduled to start happening in the next two weeks. The screenshot posted to the forum states that deliveries to that specific Ford dealer are scheduled by July 10 and notes that the car is currently in production.
If it’s legitimate, the text message indicates that Ford isn’t too far off its initial projections of Jue deliveries for the car. It could also suggest that the automaker is having an easier time with the supply chain and other logistical challenges it experienced with the production of the F-150 Lightning.
It’s worth noting that we don’t know which Mustang variants are coming, nor do we have confirmation from Ford that deliveries are beginning. We’ve reached out to Ford for comment on the issue, but it will be interesting to see which models roll out and when. The Mustang Dark Horse, for example, is expected to hit the streets in limited numbers at first, but Ford hasn’t confirmed when or if it would boost production to meet what will surely be steep demand for the higher-performance car.

nice ! cant wait to see one in person. Once interest rates come down and the new "stang" has been out a year or so to solve any bugs I will probably order one unless something else shiny catches my eye in the meantime !
Saw an undisguised Dark Horse with a Michigan M plate on I-75 downriver Detroit two weeks ago. So it wouldn't surprise me if deliveries might be starting soon. I'm sure the dealers are ready to slap market adjustment stickers on them before they get off the truck.
The smart ones will hold out for that sweet new Camaro
Meanwhile in Dearborn...
