He's an Italian, so that was a rather calm reaction and shirt removal. At least he had another shirt on underneath.
Sure, it's Angela Merkel's fault. Just like every problem in the US is the President's fault.
My first reaction was the guy is nuts. But... Considering VW's historical ties, that it is still partly owned by the government, and that Merkle is the head of the government in Germany. It's not actually a huge stretch.
