It’s bad enough that New GM thinks their shit doesn’t stink [paraphrasing], but now that GM has become New GM, the mainstream media has resumed its cheerleading. The Detroit News‘ month of living realistically has ended. Tom Walsh: “President Barack Obama has every reason to boast and preen about the Detroit auto industry bailout when he comes to town Tuesday.” Talk about premature recapitulation . . .

President Obama’s reelection could hinge on a successful, or a dead and forgotten GM.
That picture is not metaphorical at all.
Obama in Detroit, and so soon? I suppose the “hope” in the area is at an all-time high.
He will be lauded on arrival no doubt, but what structural change (economic term – look it up) is occurring for Michigan???
Actually, I’m a firm supporter of Obama, if only because the last guy was such a disaster.

Media slobbering over Obama’s brilliant handling of GM is just a subsidiary of media tongue-bathing of Obama generally. I predict that before the “watchdog” mainstream media manages to pry its lips from The One’s tautly muscled pecs, the economy will be an irretrievable shambles, treasury notes will be unsaleable at any interest rate, Russia will own Eastern Europe, the Dow will be in the teens and Honolulu will be a radioactive ruin.

Obama’s reelection will hinge on there not being any opposition.
Sarah Palin has been destroyed/ destroyed herself.
Obama sent John huntsman to CHINA.
The republicans have become so tainted by infidelity and corruption that MSNBC and CNN can effectively take the next month off searching for new dirt.
I also find it hilarious that people are talking about Obama’s reelection and he isn’t even in for a year yet. Its sad and pathetic.
But then again, the 54 million people who voted against him don’t really have a choice. And sotomayor is gonna WALTZ into office.
$50 billion and I can save almost any industrial company. So can you, and you, and you…

Ha ha, that’s funny, and sad. Where is that, in the toilet? Or stopped out on a highway, out of “homemade” juice, missing that business meeting, waiting for a tow while the sale went to a foreign country?
I have to admit though, he is brilliant at timing the use of the “bandwagon technique”. That’s telling people how they are thinking and if not, going to think. In other words, brainwashing.
No wonder they took his car away.
