Alfa Boss: Our Customers Don't Want Giant Screens

If you’ve been in a recent model-year vehicle, the number of screens and digital displays can be overwhelming. While they’re becoming prevalent, big screens aren’t for everyone, nor are they for every automaker. Alfa Romeo boss Jean-Philippe Imparato recently told Autocar that his brand’s customers don’t want giant displays and don’t care about all the digital assistance features many new cars come with.

Trade in value for 1 year old w/12k miles is $23,000 - About 43% of value in 1 year. If I had a guess, the lease residual value on of these cars is around there, after 4 years and 48k miles. SCARY

  • MRF 95 T-Bird I know the X-90 would be mocked as some sort of Roger Rabbit car but some of us saw its charms. Two doors, two seats, a manual transmission with selectable four wheel drive, off road capability and T-roofs that sealed well and didn’t rattle like some F-body GM cars did was quite swell.
