Hey Audi F1 Fans, Check This Out!

Hi there, folks. We're working on another initiative with our corporate parents/partners to promote our forums. In this case, it's all about Audi and F1.

If you're a fan of Audi and F1, take a minute and give it a look as Audi enters into the world of F1. And if you'll allow us a moment of self-promotion, I think all of the forums run by our parent company are worth your time.

From threads about Audi's burgeoning presence in F1 to talk about the best-sounding F1 engines to chatter about F1 racing games, there's a little bit of everything for those interested.

Take some time, check it out, and hang out for a bit.

And as always, thanks for reading!

Tim Healey grew up around the auto-parts business and has always had a love for cars — his parents joke his first word was “‘Vette”. Despite this, he wanted to pursue a career in sports writing but he ended up falling semi-accidentally into the automotive-journalism industry, first at Consumer Guide Automotive and later at Web2Carz.com. He also worked as an industry analyst at Mintel Group and freelanced for About.com, CarFax, Vehix.com, High Gear Media, Torque News, FutureCar.com, Cars.com, among others, and of course Vertical Scope sites such as AutoGuide.com, Off-Road.com, and HybridCars.com. He’s an urbanite and as such, doesn’t need a daily driver, but if he had one, it would be compact, sporty, and have a manual transmission.

My prediction: the Audi team fails when the water pumps in their race cars give out after lap 20.

I am one of those people whose Venn diagram of interests would include Audis and Formula One.

I am not so much into Forums, though. I spend enough time just watching the races.
