My favorite (so far) is the butcher shop on wheels. Perhaps I could open a shop like that? That gives me an idea: make deep fried food in a Dodge Sprinter diesel, and at the end of the day, pour the old veg oil into the fuel tank and drive home!
Hell, why go to the trouble of pouring it in when you can cook in-place?
