Sing in the car? I pay attention to the road, so I don't sing.
When I feel like violating every Ohio/Kentucky speed law and blow by the morons doing 55 in a 70 zone, give me the intro to "Enter Sandman" and move over! Also, one thing I REALLY miss about living in the Los Angeles area - top down. Sunset with a light ocean breeze. Santa Monica Freeway heading towards the Pacific and the PCH. "LA Woman" pounding through the speakers. That song is just perfect for that moment in time. Otherwise my driving playlist on the iPod has a lot of Moby, U2, Chemical Brothers, and Radiohead.
If I'm alone, AC/DC or Aerosmith. If my teenage kids are with me, anything from Britney Spears or Lady Gaga with the lyrics changed to include references to bodily functions.
"Remedy" - both versions: Black Crowes and Seether. Green Day, Yes, Primus ("Blue Collar Tweakers!") The Fixx ("Red Skies", "Cameras in Paris", "Heart of Stone", [yes, a bit of a downer]) Blue Oyster Cult ("Flaming Telepaths", "Golden Age of Leather", Death Valley Nights", etc.) Sometimes the "Beefaroni" song, substituting gross body parts like "Little Birdies Stringy Feet" and such... :-) Edit: Warren Zevon seconded! - "Porcelain Monkey"
