Default 2000 Altima won't start

Driving on freeway oil light came on started to pull over, got to side of road and engine died. It would not restart. Towed it home replaced starter. Still no start. Seems to not have enough rotation to turn over. Battery is good. It has spark, everything appears to be rotating like normal. Any ideas as to what to check next?
