Does anyone know what time period "Initial" is.¬* I would guss the first 30 days, but if someone knows the actual number I'd appreciate it.

Yea I just found that as well, thanks.¬* It also states "The study is based on a 233-question battery designed to provide manufacturers with information to facilitate the identification of problems and drive product improvement. "¬* So this report is of no use to consumers.

ps Personally I don't like to do surveys and I wouldn't spend the time on 233 questions without some compensation.
