I'm specifically talking about the most recent generations which have mostly been decried by purists, not someone who bought an E46 twelve years ago. the b+b tend to have a very stereotypical perception of your average BMW and Benz buyer (or leaser) so a "perception vs reality" article would be very much of interest.
