The 2023 New York Auto Show is wrapping up and we're wondering -- what car was the star of the show for you?

The big news came from Ram, Jeep, Hyundai, Subaru, Volkswagen, and Genesis.

So, you out there in internet land, which vehicle or vehicle do you think took center stage?

Also, you're welcome -- I avoided the obvious Broadway/off-Broadway jokes.

Sound off below.

Tim Healey grew up around the auto-parts business and has always had a love for cars — his parents joke his first word was “‘Vette”. Despite this, he wanted to pursue a career in sports writing but he ended up falling semi-accidentally into the automotive-journalism industry, first at Consumer Guide Automotive and later at Web2Carz.com. He also worked as an industry analyst at Mintel Group and freelanced for About.com, CarFax, Vehix.com, High Gear Media, Torque News, FutureCar.com, Cars.com, among others, and of course Vertical Scope sites such as AutoGuide.com, Off-Road.com, and HybridCars.com. He’s an urbanite and as such, doesn’t need a daily driver, but if he had one, it would be compact, sporty, and have a manual transmission.

I used to love looking forward to going to the auto show and went several times.

Now its just like who cares? I don't know if it's because of Covid or social media or what. There's really no excitement. Every CUV looks the same, there isn't a push for performance like there used to be. Now its Hey we made an EV/EV S/CUV or EV version of this vehicle. its becoming a snooze fest

Bit of a snoozer. If I had to choose, I'd go with Ram, although even that was a letdown since tons of info and pics had already been posted a month ago. So I guess a soft reveal instead of a hard reveal.

I was hoping Toyota would show the new Tacoma and that the Stellantis EMBARGOED was something really new. Oh well.

ICE “concepts” are boring…I’m only interested in new hybrid or EV power trains so I’ll check back in in 2027/2028…the annual avalanche of new Korean body panels doesn’t excite me…

And the Ram EV is probably going to be $120k after markup…this is just a terrible market for consumers in general…

That new Ram compact pickup was nice. I still don't need a truck that uses two parking spaces.

    Oh...wait...
