Nissan Prices 2025 Rogue
A starting price sliding in just under $30,000 will greet shoppers looking for a 2025 Nissan Rogue – plus $1,390 destination and delivery, of course.
That sum of $29,230 will buy access to a base S trim, though adding all-wheel drive is just a $1,400 proposition. The volume-leader SV is $30,970 for a front-driver, while the SL and Platinum are $36,090 and $39,520 respectively. Additional charges for all-wheel drive are all but identical to that of the S trim and price increases across the board are generally less than 500 bucks compared to equivalent trims last year.
Meanwhile, the Rock Creek edition, shown here and in just about every other promotional photo, has all-wheel drive as standard kit and is priced at $35,420 plus destination. This is the trim which brings the likes of all-terrain tires, hill descent control, and around-view monitor. Its tubular roof rack and different styling treatment is meant to jump onboard the train currently occupied by the likes of rigs such as the Wilderness sub-brand at Subaru or the myriad of AT4 offerings from GMC.
No matter how much cheddar one spends on a 2025 Rogue, they will find themselves holding the keys to a rig powered by a 1.5L turbocharged engine making 201 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. Recall this is a variable compression unit, packing the tech which promised to balance power and efficiency in a single package by using a multi-link system in place of traditional connecting rods inside the engine to spin its crankshaft. An actuator motor changes the multi-link’s endpoint to vary the piston reach, thereby changing the compression ratio based on real-time demands of efficiency or power.
If that sounds like an awful lot of moving parts, you’re not wrong. Questions have been floated about reliability, coming under recent scrutiny by the NHTSA for alleged knocking sounds and a loss of power. Despite the big promises of grunt and economy, the three-banger doesn’t make an outsized number of horses compared to its competition, nor is its official fuel economy rating much higher than its rivals; in all-wheel drive guise, its combined estimate for 2024 models is just two mpg higher than the popular Honda CR-V.
Nissan expects the 2025 Rogue to roll into dealer showrooms soon.

- Jbltg I don't know where to begin with this mess. Nothing off the shelf would have worked?
- Theflyersfan I think I have this design nailed down. Imagine a Fiat Multipla making sweaty, rancid, unholy, no boundaries love to a Renault Avantime.
- Joe65688619 Their going to do what the Korean's did for a while and offer industry-leading warranties. They have some appealing models, but after years so seeing nothing but friend's with quality issues with these brands I won't even look.
- Joe65688619 I'm looking for wheels for my teen - don't necessarily want to get her a new car, but something that has utility to haul stuff around, will last for a while, and has some modern safety features. This looks to be a contender. But no matter how "good" they make their CVT, it's got too much historical baggage with reliability concerns. I really wish they'd abandon it at this point. There does not seem to be much real-world benefit in terms of efficiency, at least how they have implemented it. I had a 2012 Maxima - fine motor that was slower than it needed to be off the line because of the transmission. Great mid-range power, but even with a torquey V-6 it ran too many revs at highway speed. I'm sure there are reasons I don't understand why they tune them like this, but have no idea.
- SCE to AUX The best part of the Rivian R2 reveal was the surprise R3/R3, and the fact that there were zero spy photos of them to leak the news ahead of time.
