Mitsubishi Mirage G4 Sedan is Coming, On Sale This Spring in US
Mitsubishi in Canada on Monday posted a teaser shot of the rear end of the new Mitsubishi Attrage that’ll make its debut in Toronto at the 2016 Canadian International Auto Show next month before it goes on sale in the U.S. and Canada.
Mitsubishi’s spokesman John Arnone posted a picture of himself standing next to the sedan at a shoot in Vancouver, which doesn’t really leave much to question. It’s clearly the small sedan, which will be one of two new models bound for Canada and the U.S. in 2016.
Perhaps next we’ll get a teaser of the Outlander PHEV’s roof with a Tim Horton’s coffee cup sitting on it. Thrilling stuff.
Mitsubishi officials in the U.S. confirmed the small car would go on sale in the U.S. this spring as the Mirage G4. It’s unclear when the Canadian version will go on sale, and whether it’ll be called the Mirage G4 or Attrage.
We’ll have to wait and see about pricing because Canada’s small car wars are fascinating.

It's an invented word, brings to mine "outrage", "arbitrage", and "atrocious". Nothing good about it, at all. (At least it wasn't called the Mysterious Utility Wizard or the Life Dunk!)
Ha! I didn't know Mitsu still sold cars in the USA. Can we please get a modern Montero SR and Starion please.
In the early 90's KIA started selling the Sephia. They sold well and helped them expand their lineup. Look where they are now. Mitsubishi is doing something similar to reboot themselves. If it worked for KIA, why can't it work for Mitsubishi? They are planning to bring the Montero back and possibly the Montero Sport. They are also trying to get a midsize sedan on order. I think they will make a comeback.
It will probably be a solid competitor for the Nissan Versa...except without the Nissan's peeling paint and the piston slap on the #3 cylinder. I actually HAVE a '15 Mirage and love it. It has 30k, and has averaged 48 mpg. It has needed nothing but oil changes. Want more car? Spend more money. PS: My credit is fine. It's not 2002 anymore, and Mitsubishi learned their lesson about sub-prime lending with their infamous Zero/Zero/Zero deal. Now...flame on!
