Housekeeping: Yes, Comments Are Still Broken

Just a quick note. Yes, comments are still broken. Yes, I am aware. No, sending angry comments and emails isn’t going to speed up the pace of the improvements. No, you have not been banned (except for Z71_Silvy, who made multiple user accounts, in violation of our rules, and was summarily sent packing.)

One thing that will make it faster is to refrain from posting the same comment multiple times if yours doesn’t show up. Right now, I am reduced to manually rescuing your comments from the spam filter. Please do not clog up the queue even further by posting the same thing multiple times. In unrelated news, there sure is a lot of cheap Viagra for sale.

EDIT: For testing purposes, I am going to leave the filter/queue alone until the end of the day. This is to see what is still being captured and what is being approved. Again, nobody is being banned or censored, do not re-post your comment multiple times if it does not show up.

On the side note future is coming as predicted. Lockheed found a way to put a fusion reactor in every car the car. Toyota may take over Lockheed after all.

@jhefner The Ford Nucleon was interesting enough for its nuclear powerplant, but the concept also had the occupants sitting in a fully reclined driving position; it would have been only a inch taller than the Ford GT-40. It never progressed past the scale model phase, the scale model (with it's vertical fins clipped for some reason) is displayed in the Henry Ford Museum. I started working on a computer model to make a paper model for my display; but never finished it: https://www.flickr.com/photos/75105572@N08/14930208923/

Cameron; I think Charles James made the first puffy coat back in the thirties. He is the show at the Met this year and he was Amuricas first couture designer. Back to cars; I started with a 1970 Fiat Spyder that I had to rebuild the starter every 2 months Or so and needed a 12 inch extension on a ratchet to get at the bolts. It was TINY and gorgeous with real wood. Once got a flat on LSD by the lake and 4 guys From Kentucky lifted it up to change the tire so they could flirt with my gf who strangely looked like Sophia Loren. Good times.

FWIW, "www.ttac.com" is broken as well. I had to --horrors!-- type out the whole full name address.

I just type "t" and the first thing that shows up is TTAC, which is bookmarked anyway.

I'm actually learning a bit by reading all these Tech posts ~ I can usually recognize a computer when I trip over it if the lights are on and last year I amazed my self by assembling one out of trash can parts , it still works great but cannot be up graded to Windows 7 so I'm kinda stuck right now . Keep the good comments coming and if The Editors were reading : you're DOING FINE ! . -nate
