No surprises here…the Cadillac ATS and Ram 1500 are North American Car and Truck of the Year. Thank god it wasn’t the FR-S. Sergio Marchionne quipped that “we deserved to win” the truck award. And I don’t disagree with him. GM’s new full-sizers are going to have a tough battle ahead of them.

Glad to see hometeam automotive manufacturers win. Both are great vehicles. I wouldn't mind owning a Ram, and I'm an avid F-150 guy.

The LT1 fits nicely in this car, too!

They'd be benchmarking against the M3, right? The going rumor on the M3 is a twin-turbo I6 or even a tri-turbo I6, last I checked. The V8 of the E90 is not too much longer for this world, and historically M3s never had a V8, and in fact the E30 had a four-banger.

    Both deserve the win IMO!
