Customizing their own cars is the latest trend amongst carmakers. Now available at Shanghai Baozen Zhonghuan Automobile Sales and Service Co, an authorized BMW dealer in Shanghai: A 3-Series, blinged out with Swarovski crystals. On hearing the news, Global Times, the usually sedate English-typing sister publication of the usually very sedate party organ Peoples’ Daily, couldn’t help it and headlines: “BMW adds sparkle.”

Stingray, do us all a favor. Run over to 2777 Longdong Blvd, Pudong side, and snap a picture. Xie xie!

For the more conservative crowd, Baozen also has a customized 3-Series with “luxury sports features.” Maybe that’s less revolting than a Dreier on crystal meth …

I think BMW has been paying too much attention to Jennifer Love Hewitt.

That is just wrong on so many levels. @John Horner, I don't think BMW is responsible, I think it can be pinned on the dealer. BTW whats up with JLH and the "Vagizille" She use to be hot, now she's just wierd.
