It's Chinese Friday!

Due to developments beyond my control, you, the Best and the Brightest, will be exposed to a whole load of BS today. Nothing but BS. All day.

The Niedermeyers are winging their way to the East Coast. Cammy Corrigan copped-out to “the Continent.”

Other writers are simply AWOL, celebrating Easter, Tomb Sweeping Day, National Deep Dish Pizza Day, Smigus Dyngus Day, Family Day, Drowsy Drive Awareness Day, or whatever holidays are rolling along this weekend. And they left me of all people in sole control of TTAC.

So, take a break from Curbside Classics, Truck and Cop Car days. Today will be mostly Chinese day. Because that’s where I am. And if the news suddenly stop, then that’s because I’m 12 hours ahead of the East Coast and have gone to bed.

This, of course, is part of our “Niedermeyer Appreciation Re-Educational Project.”

After a few days without them, you’ll finally know what you are missing.

Ah, and to celebrate the occasion, and to liven up the discussion, any restrictive commenting policies are no longer in effect – until our dear leaders are back. Just keep it kind of civil.

Speaking of comments: While the boss-men are away, it falls on me to approve comments that landed – for one reason or the other – in the to be approved queue. Just dawned on me, and I approved a bunch. I’ll release the next bunch when I get up. Signing off in China at 3 am, The BS

Fei cháng xìe xìe.
