1975 Oldsmobile 98.
It's not a light! But it is the front fender edge (metal) decor of a 1975-78 Eldorado, missing the plastic panel behind it. Probably this is a coupe, not a convertible, if parked on the street in Oregon - the 1977-78 coupes had a smaller engine and insufficient power, a depressing thought especially given the demise of the convertible.
That looks like a Toronado logo.
75-78 Eldorado front bumper, missing the urethane filler panel between bumper and fender.
