I knew that if anyone owned, or had ever owned a 356, they’d instantly recognize its distinctive rear grille. Autopassion was the first owner up, and he also summed up the Porsche better in one short sentence than my 800 words: My beloved Porsche

1949 Plymouth.
I'll go with 1954 Chevrolet pickup - and assuming we've got the body right, it's going to be a flip-of-the-coin as to who's right; as all of those pickups used the same body. And then you add in GMC . . . . . . . . .
Chevrolet truck, any year from '47 through '53. The grille however should be either white or chrome (not body color) depending on trim level.
First thought was 48-50 Chevy pickup.
