    First, I assume that the camera is on the rear of the vehicle and facing backwards. If not, this might be the last picture that cameraman has ever taken. Second, two wide going into the corkscrew?

    Its obviously they put the full camera ball on a vehicle. If you go back through the corkscrew you see vehicles off on the side, so its not real race conditions.

    You may wish to limit your choice of racing vehicles to Cayennes and X5s if you plan on driving through the bush as recommended here. Even Google gets it wrong sometimes.

    Mazda, the sponsor of Laguna Seca collaborated with Google to produce the world's first Street View race track. It's definitely the standard Google Vehicle, driving around on a pace lap of some kind with the race cars. There are some other service vehicles on the track, as pointed out above. More info
