It's not real. It's computer rendered. Looks like a vehicle selection screen for maybe GT5.
I believe those are real eyeballs, likely from a giant squid, lurking under the headlight covers. I can't imagine what might be hanging under the rear bumper.
The MINI has a one-piece bonnet that includes the headlights and grill. The photo shows a car with a hood/bonnet line between the headlights.
Looks like it could scare the silly grin off a new Mazda 3...
