The 3.7 is slotting into the four-door as we speak–there’s only a G37 for 2009. No more G35.

Funny, the wild-ass-rumour of last month was that the Infiniti variant would be a 500+ hp (more super) supercar that would slot above the GTR as a competitor against the power-mad European brands.

If you want a four door Skyline, you already have it. It’s called the G35, and it’s available with a stick and AWD or RWD. If it’s not mad enough for you, wait another year or so and they’ll slot the 3.7L into the four door for even more VQ lovin’. Maybe it would have 90 hp less than this proposed idea, but it will cost a fraction of what the GTR sedan would if it is actually built. Wait, the GTR sedan idea makes less and less sense as I think about this.

Right, ’cause GT-R means luxury. Go figure.

So an Infiniti G’s ride isn’t more comfortable than a Z’s? Same platform but both have been “tuned” differently.
