“Be it a famous Hollywood actor or pop star: anyone who is in the spotlight has to keep an eye on their fitness. Eibach have sent the latest VI version of the 26-time ‘millionaire’ VW Golf - one of the best selling cars of all times - to the gym: here, if desired, the Pro-Kit Performance Springs or the slightly ’shorter’ Sportline Sport Springs can lower the centre of gravity of the car.”

You can now take corners at higher speed before you have to … bail out!

I have the pro-kit springs/kyb adjustable shock combo installed on my 300zx. Been over a year and across country on them. They are holding up very well and are a huge improvement over the stock springs. Pretty much everything I read said that this was the best upgrade for the dollar you can do without going full coilover.
If you do install lowering springs, make sure you can adjust the camber to be proper on the front tires. I had to get a couple small shim adaptors for my car. Otherwise your tires will wear on the insides real quick.

I have the pro-kit on my Mustang. These springs dropped my car approximately 1″ all the way around. My car’s stance looks better, as the factory off-road look has been eliminated. The car rides fine. I have also installed a set of caster/camber plates that increase alignment adjustabiltiy.
This was a good, fairly inexpensive mod.

I have a friend who installed a set on his ‘99 Camry. Unfortunately, the springs were made stiffer for a V6 and he has the I4, so the front of his car is higher than the back. Still drives well, but he looks hilarious.
