Kia has big plans for America. The Korean brand that was written off in the 1990s, and is best known for making inexpensive cars with long warranties, isn’t planning an assault on the mass market. Jack Baruth - Those cars are either broken or they had the button pushed. On Porsches the spoiler comes up when you exceed the programmed speed and it drops when you come to a halt.
