Along with more training on ice/oiled wet asphalt depending on the season. At least the driving school i went to had the eco part. The cheapest licence is about 1200€, that allows you to drive cars and do light towing. Separate licence for bikes, more training and money should you want to do heavy towing or drive large stuff, i think the combined weight has to be under 3500kg, over that and you need a truck licence.
