It talks about the history of the electric car, then in the end asks you to "Join the hunt for the energy of future". Edited to add: "Sweden Kärlek Tesla" is quite wrong. If you want to say "Sweden Loves Tesla" in swedish, go with: "Sverige Älskar Tesla". It is indeed a power company ad, touting their new recharging posts, as seen in the end.
