		<description>What&#039;s the estimated cost of production?  Also it doesn&#039;t say in the article that there won&#039;t still be an overheating problem, just that it won&#039;t start a fire due to a lack of fuel in the new battery.  Will overheating still be a problem and what effect does this have on battery performance?  I&#039;m skeptically optimistic at this time.</description>
