I haven't been nabbed, although north of me in Springfield where they are in operation, I have seen the shortest yellow light cycle in my life. At least give revenue to charity if city officials truly believe it makes intersections safer (I do not think that, and have seen varying stats on where rear end collisions increase substantially).
