Actually the old Lexus SC300/400 was a stunning car that still looks good today. They were also a hit with the tuner crowd since they shared parts with the Supra and could be turbocharged to ludicrous levels.

The current gen model looks like came out of the business end of a mule however.

Getting back on topic, the LS600 L “Pebble Beach Editions” Sounds like one of those cheesy dealer packages with pinstripes, gold badges and a half-vinyl top.

I always thought Lexus was the new Buick. And now they confirm it by marketing into the same demographic: Tiger Woods Wannabes. Fine with me as I wont ever own either car, and watching them trip over each other should make for good clean fun.

I like Lexus. I drove the ES350 and it is a nice car for the way I drive most of the time — in heavy traffic.
