Hence the sorry state of the "Small 3". Nothing it going to change and all those billions will be wasted if the culture doesn't change. BTW that is also why the Tesla Prototype Company will fail in the end. If you're an industrial company, there should be an engineer (eg Mullaly @ Ford). And kudos to TTAC for mind-reading this week's Top Gear show. How will TTAC like the Fiat 500?
