		<description>Americans don&#039;t understand the simple concept that if cars is what you want to sell, the execs must not only be engineers, they must be damn good engineers.

Hence the sorry state of the &quot;Small 3&quot;. Nothing it going to change and all those billions will be wasted if the culture doesn&#039;t change.

BTW that is also why the Tesla Prototype Company will fail in the end.</description>

Will they last a year? Less? Still too big and will draw this agony out for a couple of more years? Long enough for the economy to turn around and realize they&#039;re so damaged that they&#039;re not following?

If you&#039;re an industrial company, there should be an engineer (eg Mullaly @ Ford).

And kudos to TTAC for mind-reading this week&#039;s Top Gear show.  How will TTAC like the Fiat 500?</description>
