A little closer look at typical economic policies demonstrate little long term benefit for “the poor”. However, they have shown to be quite effective at punishing the middle classes.

On in Canada (Ok,Europe too, we tax and over regulate companies; driving them away and then lament the fact that there does not seem to be any ‘good jobs’ left…..

Revenue neutral means the government will spend every dime the tax brings in. Politicians and civil servants are always first at the trough. Taxpayers will get the crumbs.
