So, we’re still waiting for an answer, Bob.

“we got a divorce” really….
Corker really is spot on with his questions, well done Sen. from my home state.

That guy was sure frank about it. His smugness and demeanor reminds me of GWB. Mainly his smart alec smirk.

WTF, Nardelli blames it all on Daimler and completely avoids the question about why Cerberus doesn’t put up the cash.

My two favorite moments:
1. At 1:11 – Nardelli’s Blink-O-Rama, Bob appears to actually be blind-sided
2. At 1:48 – Red Ink Rick’s Death Stare, the look on his face seems to say, “Can we just get through with this and have our cash?”

The senator’s point is valid BUT it applies to all three companies, not just Chrysler.
Yes, Chrysler is 80% owned by a company that has cash it could inject. GM and Ford are owned by shareholders who could inject cash.
The fact that the *owners of the companies* have so little faith in the companies that they won’t invest in them, is a good indication that the country shouldn’t invest in them either.

I enjoyed watching Mulally’s reactions, especially during the serious questioning on whether GM and Chrysler should be forced to merge. He looked positively giddy, watching all of this heavy shit go down. Gettelfinger, not so much.

RF–Thanks for posting this up! This was one of the parts I was specifically looking forward to.

Someone asked about body language in a previous post. Excessive blinking is indicative of lying when one is talking. If one is not talking, one is usually thinking of how one could lie when the time comes to talk.

How many times did he reference the term “busting our guts”? Doesn’t that imply laughter? Talk about a Freudian slip..

Wow, talk about hitting the nail on the head. Chrysler doesn’t deserve a single penny. It’s your problem Cerberus. Put up your OWN money to keep this thing going, or admit that you don’t know what the hell you’re doing and let it die.

So……….
No one in their right mind would willingly give them any money so they are asking our elected officials to take it from us by force and hand it to them.
Eye blinks were definitely the give away.
Anyone still busting their gut working there needs to bust their gut looking for another job quick

“You’re here because of GM…this is a flower for you.”
Brilliant stuff!
I’m in for Corker in 2012!
There is a guy who’s watching out for me!

Thanks. That was awesome.
