/Follow up to the Orchard Road flooding on Jun 17, 2010 (Thu). Pix of the clean-up at the shops in Liat Tower and Lucky Plaza, expensive cars being towed away from the basement carpark of Tong Building, drainage, and the PUB works going on at Delphi Orchard – the carpark at basement three was still flooded and water was being pumped out.
