This plant is the perfect export item to emerging markets. Low cost. Can be built anywhere, even into an existing building if necessary.

Lots of existing buildings with open floor space in the Detroit area.

Congratulations TTAC has made into big times of Chicken Noodle Netwerk, a very well written article. I guess Toyota has mastered the car building into much cheaper set up, allow someone with less money to build them for the first time. Rather than need tons of mulla just to get in the door. To certain country the labour is so much cheaper than any machinery. OT A friend travelled to S America, he saw a very dimly light bulb at night, next day he went into the shop and bought them a 100w bulb. The peasant told him , their power bill will go up many folds. the new led bulbs will really help to lower the wattage consumptions.

I thought it was one of the best articles I'd read on TTAC, well done Bertel.

Congratulations! I think you offered a great deal of insight into the logic that Toyota used to decide the details of this plant. Its just the kind of material I would expect to find on wikileaks.
