Sounds better than what? The "car" from The Jetsons? Not impressed yet.
Other than throwing something up for page hits, I just don't get the point of the post. I'm no fan of GM, but why is it the Volt gets hammered for golf cart speed drive bys and the like, yet a Porsche rolls by sounding like a lawnmower and it's a good thing?
That's a bit much for 5 mph isn't it? I like my sports cars to roar at WOT, not at idle.
I have been driving my Prius for 6.5 years now. I like it quiet. Makes it easier for me to pass unsuspecting SUV drivers.
