After jpcavanaugh nailed the T-Bird on the first guess, I got a little discouraged and skipped a clue for the Mustang. I figured it would be hard to find a part on that car that everyone wouldn’t instantly recognize. But I will keep trying. And probably the first guesser tonight will know exactly what this is. Oh well. Shall we keep the clues coming though?

Based upon the apparent crudity of the pieces, and the fact that significant vehicle no. 5 has to be an SUV, my guess would be an early Willys Jeep steel station wagon. But I am not as sure of this one as I was of the T Bird and the Volare.
And yes, keep the clues coming. These are often maddening but are a lot of fun.
I think it’s a Jeep CJ model but don’t have a clue as to what year or for that matter what decade.

My off-the-wall guess is an early Land Rover. Specifically inside the door of an earlyLand Rover.
Well, if it’s revolutionary vehicle #5, then the Jeep CJ seems reasonable. By all means, keep those clues coming!
Yes, please do keep these coming! I don’t normally comment because as a relatively younger guy, I just don’t have enough experience with vehicles of this vintage to really have a specific, well-formed guess. I do enjoy looking at the clues, though, and seeing how close my first intuitions were to the answer (sometimes I can postulate on the manufacturer, rarely the model).
I’ll guess <70′s CJ on this one, but, really, I don’t have a clue.
Never seen that before, but I would venture a guess that it is a Willys Jeep like jpcavanaugh and peekay say, but I’d push it back into the 40s as a military issue vehicle. 1943? 1945? Is this the underside of the vehicle, perhaps part of a skid plate or protective plate? The amount of light on the object leads me to think otherwise, though, for it’s far too bright to be taken under a vehicle without auxiliary lighting. Not that you wouldn’t do that, but, well, you wouldn’t.
That round thing looks like a sand dollar.
Hmm, Let’s see:

That stuff all looks like it’s cadmium plated. Weird.
I have found that I’m very poor at guessing these clues, and seem unable to identify even cars that I’ve owned in the past. That’s my problem though – keep them coming.
Yep, Jeep. Early vintage, war surplus or CJ3. Specifically the fuel tank, which Jeep cleverly hid under the driver’s seat.
I guess when shells are raining down on on your head and bullets whistling past your ears, riding over a tank of gasoline didn’t seem all that risky…
Yes, the clues are great fun. For the 99% of us who never have any idea what any of them are, it is fascinating to watch other folks nail them right away. Bit of a freak show, actually…
I agree with everyone else: keep giving the clues. I haven’t even come close to one yet, but it’s still fun!
WWll jeep. Post slatgrill 1942-45 MB or GPW because it has a large hole gas tank not the early slat grill small hole in the drvers seat. I’ve had a few.
Please keep the clues going, I love speculating even though I’ve yet to get a single one. My guess this time is Spongebob’s Boat. It’s easily identified by the starfish insignia and protective armor, as Spongebob is a horrible driver.
