Holy crap... that's a car part?!?!? I thought "side of a building"... yes, ATM works too... That looks like a cement wall on the right. I plead "dunno".

Hmmm With all of the useless pointless plastic on GM trucks.. its hard to narrow it down.. Id say either a Silverado or the H2 / H3...
