It does look like the Frankfort airport. Quite possibly the ugliest airport on earth!
For those who may not know.... In California, it's illegal to smoke indoors in any place of business or public accommodation, or within a certain distance of the entrance (15'?). The architect probably forgot about that when designing this minimalist Bauhaus edifice. Then management realized "Whoops! We forgot to provide a cigarette butt can for our smoker employees".
